Once I met him, he went over everything with the selling process to where I could understand. I told him what I wanted for my house, he broke out his studies of my home and suggested asking for more based on his homework. He kept in great communication; was always available for questions I had. Once I received an offer, his team kept in contact with me to complete any paperwork needed and help me through to the next step. Mike always offered help with other connections he had. Buying/Selling a home can be stressful. Mike made this process simpler and manageable. I am glad I chose Mike and his team.
