Mike has been in the real estate industry since 1990.  He has sold over $125 Million in real estate and is in the top 2% of all REALTORS® in York and Adams Counties.  He has won International Sales Awards for his outstanding performance and salesmanship.  But most importantly, his greatest achievements are his repeat customers and referral network…80% of all his business comes from past clients and referred clients!!  Mike’s primary focus within the team is to List homes and find buyers for those homes.  His team frees him from administrative tasks so he can concentrate on helping his buyers and sellers to reach their real estate goals.

Melissa is the Team Manager and has been in the Real Estate Business and with The Mike Hackenberger Team since 2000.  Melissa focuses on providing the best service possible to our client by working strictly with them.  She works with the clients from the beginning through to the settlement table.  Her primary responsibility is to process listings and sales.  From gathering information, taking photos, advertising, entering the homes into the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) to scheduling settlements working closely with title, insurance and inspection companies.  Melissa also keeps each client informed by providing ongoing feedback, so they are aware what is going on with their sale or purchase.

Steve has been in the Real Estate Business since 1993 and part of the Mike Hackenberger Team since 2015. Steve's primary responsibility is to enter the homes into the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). Steve also keeps each client informed by providing ongoing feedback, so they are aware what is going on with the sale of their home. He is also responsible for creating listing brochures, and processing weekly and monthly reports for bank owned properties.
